Shipping Policy for Oxygen Home Care

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee of R150 applies to all orders, regardless of location within South Africa.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to cover additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
